Need for Speed Undercover is an action-packed game whose story of pursuit and 

betrayal takes players back to the series roots with break-neck cop chases, 

spectacular highway battles and an expansive open-world.

Need for Speed Undercover features stunning Hollywood-style live-action in the 

game movies in which the player is recruited by Fereral Agent Chase Linh, 

played by Maggie Q (Mission Impossible iii and Live Free or Die Hard), to go 

deep undercover in order to inflate rate and take-down a ruthless international 

crime syndicate. Posing as a wheelman, the player will be required to prove 

themselves by completing jobs, racing through speedways, dodging cops and chasing rivals.

Highway Battle:

Fight off cops as you take down enemies in high-speed, multi-car chases.

Won the Open World:

Tear across the massive highway system and discover the open world of the Tri-Cities area.

EA CEO, John Riccitiello, stated that the previous release in the series 

ProStreet was only "an okay game but it not was good and that Undercover would 

be a much better game. He stated Undercover would have a considerably longer 

Development cycle than its predecessors because the NFS development team had 

been split up into two teams, both of which would work on a two-years 

development cycle with future titles, alternating releases between them. 

Rccitiello stated that he was torturing the development team with tight
